Not much happening here...

Hi, Toothy here.

Yep, been a while since anything was posted on this here blog, but y''s been a lazy week. Human took off to Vancouver with something havin' to do with one of his kids. So I stayed at home and guarded the house. Didn't take his camera either so ended up having to protect that too; Toothy...the Guard Shark...don't mess with my Human's camera, man or hospital's gonna run out of stitchin' material.

I look good, don't I? After all, it costs a lot to have a Guard Shark...y'know. I don't come cheap. OK...maybe a hunk of mackeral or somethin' now and then. But then again, it's about 50 tons worth every two weeks.

Anyways, Human will probably take me out again sometime this week. It's bound to be raining according to what Human says. He checks out the Weather Network.

Well more to come soon...Catch ya later...Alligator.

Please Tell Me There's Nothing Behind Me - Redux...Version II...whatever...

My human did a photoshoot of "Mini-me" with my new buddy a few months ago...He doesn't have a name yet, but he does keep going "Oh My God...". I hope he ain't one of those Jehovah's Witness types that kept coming with tracts standing in front of the nuthouse I was in...

This was the shot done with Mini-Me... (Yeah...he's a hammerhead shark. We're getting acquainted...he's cool...but a little bit flaky).

Here's the redux that my human did with me in the shot...and "Oh My God". This time he's going "Oh Dear God...not again!!!" I wonder what that means. And does this penguin taste like chicken? Hmmm, better not. Thank goodness it wasn't Wayne that got picked. This penguin would be toast.

Why does he keep going "Oh Dear God...Not Again"?

Holy Cripes...Did we just do a tour of the Lower Mainland????

This guy is inexhaustible. From the time I got picked up from the nuthouse that was the store that I was in today, I've gone from Surrey to Langley to Downtown Vancouver (all the way into the West End of Downtown).

First place we went after I got home to my new place from my home that I've had for I forget how long...(confused yet?) Human pops me in the camera bag...and we're off to Langley and Willowbrook Mall...who knew?

This is me hanging out by the sign.

Then after we hop back on the bus headed back to Surrey, we decide that we're going to go out to Vancouver. Now...this isn't a place that I remember. All I remember is getting shoved into a crate in some unknown country...and darkness until they opened whatever box I was in and stuck me on the shelf in that nuthouse. But anyways. I went on what was called or at least the humans in my life now call it...the Skytrain. Runs on rails or something like that on a bunch of big pillars.

See here I am, stuck in my human's camera bag. At least I get to stick my head out. He tells me how lucky I am...since a friend of his had his buddy stuck at the bottom of the camera bag.

We then went all the way to Downtown Vancouver, and got off the Skytrain at Burrard Station, then we walked some more...over to Davie Street and Cardero. On the way there, I saw some weird rainbow lookin' flags. Don't know what they mean...hey, I'm a shark...I'm not supposed to know anything other than eatin' fish. Everything's a new experience. After we went to his mate's workplace (at least he explained that she worked there for one shift, last weekend or she explained it. She says he's absent-minded...whatever that is...)...some place called London Drugs. I don't know why it's called London...or who this London person is. Don't ask me, I don't know...

After we went walking on the least they did...I just got carried. I'm a pelagic...I don't have any he just carried me around. Watched the big fiery ball of light go down in the sky... OH? That's the sun, eh? my picture taken with the sunset...

My human was muttering something about not having a "flash" whatever that is...Something about bringing out my features...and hey...that's a good thing.

And finally, we walked back to the Skytrain, rode the Skytrain into Waterfront Station...and got to sit down all the way back to Surrey...'s Waterfront Station...yep...that blurry thing is a Skytrain right behind me. Cool, eh?

Now we're back home and it's almost midnight..."Hey...human...can you let me out of this bag?"

My very first portrait...probably not the best-shot...

He's gonna take me out and we're gonna have some fun.

Wait till we get outside and I can really show off my photogenic qualities.

Hallelujah...I'm outta this nuthouse.

Damn, it's boring here. There's nobody to talk to other than that other Great White that's sittin' beside me; he's complaining about the fact that the seals and penguins are in boxes and he can't eat them- "c'mon dude get a life!!! You know the manager in the store is going to go absolutely ape-**** if you eat the rest of the guys in those boxes".

The rattlesnake sittin' on the shelf above me is an absolute fruitcake!!! He looks like an exploded box of Fruity Pebbles or some reject from the 1960s...the age of and happy pills...I don't know what he's been smoking but he looks dazed and confused and he's mumbling about "rats eating his braincells". That's what you get when you're sitting on top of a bunch of "cool cats" - cheetahs. You know they're pushers.

I knew it, the human that was here a couple weeks ago with his kid in the stroller came back for me. I knew it...Adios, Wayne (he's that psychotic Great White, I was stuck with; He's the one with the scar on his nose)...I'm gettin' out of this insane asylum. YAY!!! Yep...I'm being hauled to the checkout counter...and wow...he's got one hell of a cool-lookin' camera. Hey, I think I lucked out. I'm gonna be a "movie star"...or at least a model. More later...once I get situated at my new abode.

Yay...I'm off the rack. That guy came over, picked me up and put me up at the counter and he's gonna pick me up tomorrow. :D Wayne don't look too happy.

Friday: Hey, that human picked me up today...and he's carrying me around like a football...Hey...did that car just about nearly collide with a light post? I guess he doesn't care about looking goofy. But hey...that means he's got a quirky sense of humor. Don't really know much about humans...never really acquired the taste for them. They sure as hell don't taste like chicken. I don't think I'll chomp his big lens on that camera of's pretty ugly lookin'...and it don't look too appetizing. Glass never appealed to me either. Give me a good tasting cow any day of the week. Well, evidently this means that he's going to use me as a model. I'm gonna be a star. They got errands to do...and I can go with them...So...catch ya on the flip-side...or shall I say "flipper-side". Ha ha ha...I crack myself up...

Here's my portrait from some guy who took my pic while at the store. I'll get some better ones up later on. Love that camera...Come to daddy...
